Common Questions
- The app isn't loading a topic or quiz. Check your internet connection and try again — AI-generated content requires a live connection. If the problem continues, let us know which topic and device you're using.
- I hit a daily limit on AI features. To keep the app fair and available for everyone, AI-powered content is limited per day. It resets the next day.
- Is my progress saved? Your XP, streaks, and badges are stored on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.
- I need help right now, not app support. If you or someone you know is in crisis, please contact a trusted adult, call or text 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the US), or call your local emergency number immediately.
